President Reagan's Plan

Trevor is flying out to Japan tonight but it has been a great two weeks since he has been with us. Yesterday we did something we haven't done in the 12 years we have been in southern California. We visited the Reagan Presidential Library and I can't believe we didn't do this sooner. We were inspired, we laughed, we cried and left with a renewed sense of citizenship in this great country of America.

There was a plaque that said 'President Reagan's Plan' and I want to share this with you:

When Ronald Reagan took office, the economy, and the nations spirit needed reviving. He had a plan to breathe new life into both- by cutting taxes, reducing federal spending, and keeping the money supply tight to discourage inflation.

A vigorous economy served two purposes. It helped Americans improve their lives and renewed their faith in the future. It gave the U.S. the economic might to rebuild it's military and act boldly and confidently in defense of freedom around the world.
